Hon'ble Mr.Justice Kumar Rajarathnam: Born on 13-03-1942. Educated at Loyola College, Madras and called
to the Bar from Gray's lnn. Enrolled as an Advocate on
10-03-1971 and started practice at Madras, joining the
chambers of Shri S.Ratnavel Pandian. Appointed Judge of
the Madras High Court on 10-01-1994. Transferred
as Judge of the Karnataka High Court on 24-01-1994. Appointed Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court in September, 2003. After retirement was the Chairman of the Securities Appellate Tribunal.
